David "Dave" Wesley Lawlor, age 82, died at Lakeridge Health in Oshawa, Ontario on May 13, 2024. He was born at Lakeridge Health in Oshawa on August 21, 1941. David had four children and seven grandchildren. David married his wife, Susan, on August 2, 1974 and would have been married for 50 years this year.

He is survived by his wife, Susan Lawlor, and his sons James (Shandell Earl) and Stephen (Heather Lawlor).  He is preceded in death, by his mother, Leona Dawe, and Father, Harold Lawlor. He is survived by his sisters Joyce McMartin, Doris McCloud, Donna Campbell (Twin), and Georgina Wood (predeceased), and one brother Todd Lawlor. David had two older sons, Davey Lawlor (predeceased), and Darrell Lawlor.

David has lived in Oshawa, Campbell River, and Red Lake.  David worked mostly as a truckdriver and was a business owner. David loved fishing, working on home projects, travelling, and watching his hockey games.  He liked to visit friends,  buy vehicles, boats, and campers, which often kept him busy.  He will be missed by his family.
