The family of Dennis Terry Meekis of Wabauskang First Nation is saddened to announce his passing on April 21, 2022 at the age of 64.

He will be lovingly remembered by his children: April(Andy), Ramona, Terri(Marshall), Daniel(Nicole) and Angeline; grandchildren: Deion, Haley, Keith, Leah, Kiera, Cherish, Rylan, Riayn, Malakai, Eli, Gabriella, Leo, Max and Miigwan; great grandson Jax; and his brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews; as well as numerous relatives and friends.

He was predeceased by his loving father, Leo, mother, Madeline, and daughter, Ella.

A public funeral service will be held on Friday, April 29 ^th at 1 pm in the Forestry Fellowship Hall with Kevin Miller officiating. Visitation will be prior to service from 10-12 noon in the Forestry Fellowship Hall.

Visitation will be also be held on Thursday, April 28 ^th at the Red Lake Chapel from 6 to 9 pm.
