Dinah Blab passed away peacefully on May 22, 2014 with her family by her side at the Thunder Bay hospital. She was the beloved mother of Landon Turtle and cherished daughter of Mary King.
She was predeceased by her first son Joshua Blab and only sister Monica King.
She leaves behind numerous half sisters and brothers, uncles, aunts, cousins, many nieces and nephews and numerous relatives in Pikangikum and her close friends in Madsen and Red Lake where she enjoyed living and enjoying the company of her friends.
Dinah will be sadly missed and remembered by many and forever loved by Mary, Landon, Georjina, Iris, Albina, Veronica, Jeff, Beverly, Susan T., Susan D., Verna, Harriet, Lori, Tanis, Colt, Ayrton, Poje, Jimmy, Punki, two Cathy's and families.
A funeral service will be held at the Grace Community Church on Tuesday, May 27th at 11 am with Ivan Ramer officiating. Interment will follow in the Red Lake Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday, May 26th from 6 to 8 pm in the Herold Funeral Home Chapel. Donations may be made to the Homeless Shelter through Herold Funeral Home, Box 237, Red Lake, ON P0V 2M0.
