Doug passed away peacefully at the age of 72 on March 6, 2020.

He was predeceased by his wife Teri.  Doug is survived by his sisters Valerie (MacKinnon), Carol (Kolmel) , and his brother Dave Morrice and his very special niece/god daughter Carrie Homeniuk.  Doug will be missed by his many nieces and nephews.

Doug had a love for buses and he had a long career in the bus industry.  First as a driver and later as a mechanic with Grey Hound.

He enjoyed the sports of football, curling and golf.  Doug enjoyed spending time with his family especially when his sisters would come to Winnipeg to visit.

The family wishes to thank the Cardiac care unit of St. Boniface hospital with the care they gave to him.

A celebration of Doug's life will be announced at a later date.
