It is with deep sadness that the family of Edgar Sanderson announce his passing at the Thunder Bay Regional Hospital on September 30, 2018, at 4:30 p.m. It was a blessing that his family was at his bedside when he was called home. Husband of Arlene Sanderson (nee Peebles) for 51 years. He leaves behind his children, Cheryl (Murray) Bechard, Charlene (Brad) Walsh, Derek (Tammie) Sanderson and Edward Sanderson. His grandchildren Randy (Melissa) Bechard, Travis (Alanna Listmayer) Bechard, Brianna (Myles) Emmerson, Karlie (Mark Connell) Walsh, Torie (Steve Grose) Forsythe, Kourtnie (Quinn Daley) Sanderson, Kayden Sanderson and Abigail (Cole Bouchard) Sanderson. Great grandchildren Jamie Bechard; Ava, Laker & Ellie Emmerson; Braxton Sanderson & Alison Daley and another one due in December. He was predeceased by his parents Millie and Edward Sanderson, parents-in-law John and Christy Peebles, and 13 siblings.

A celebration of life will be held at the Campbell Curling Lounge on Saturday, October 6, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. with Kevin Miller officiating
