She is survived by her husband Johan van Diest, daughters Barbara van Diest and Annette Milanese(Michael Milanese), grand daughter Emaya van Diest, sisters, brother and family in the Netherlands.
A celebration of life will be held on August 5, 2017 at 2 pm at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 937 Gateway Road, Winnipeg, MB
A private interment will follow at a later date in the Ear Falls Cemetery.
