It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Gail at the Red Lake Hospital Thursday morning.

Born in Hamilton, Ontario, she met and married her husband Alfred of 60 years. She was a homemaker, sharing her love of cooking and baking with family and neighbours. She was an accomplished knitter, making many baby gifts and sweaters throughout her lifetime. Gail was also an avid gardener, taking after her father.

She will be sadly missed by Rodger, Kelly (Albert), Karen (Mario), and her two grandchildren Reese and Katarina, who were her pride and joy. Predeceased by parents James and Winnifred, siblings Joan and Jimmy, and loving husband Alfred.

We would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and EMTs who took excellent care of Gail during her many admissions in the last few months.

As per her wishes, cremation has taken place and no service will be held.
