Obituary
In loving memory of Jack Scott Verhagen who passed away unexpectedly at the Red Lake Hospital with his parents at his side at the age of 6 months.
He is survived by his father Kevin Verhagen and mother Pamela Dittrich, his pets Smokey and Bella, grandparents Bruce and Marlene Dittrich, grandma Jean Verhagen, Uncle Greg, Aunt Dianne, cousins Emily and Michael Dittrich, Aunt Melanie Dittrich, Auntie Lisa, Uncle Dave, cousins Nathan and Noah Eveleigh, Aunt Becky, Uncle Chris, cousins Benjamin and Blake Clark, Auntie Jen, NICU Aunties and Winnipeg HSC NICU Team, dear family and friends in southern Ontario. He is with Grandpa Bill, Uncle Scott and his great grandmas and grandpas in heaven.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 5th at 11 am in the Red Lake Royal Canadian Legion with Pastor Jonathan King officiating.
Interment will follow at a later date.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 5th from 10 to 11 am in the Red Lake Royal Canadian Legion.
Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to HSC Children's Hospital Foundation or the Ronald McDonald House Manitoba through Herold Funeral Home, Box 237, Red Lake, ON P0V 2M0.
