It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Jeannette Jones.

She was a devoted family woman who treasured every moment spent with the people she loved. Her family was her greatest joy, and the memories she created with them will be cherished forever.

She found happiness in the simple pleasures of life. She loved spending time outdoors, such as camping, fishing, hunting, where she could enjoy nature and make memories with family and friends. Music was another special part of her life, bringing her comfort and joy. She found great joy in baking and sharing her homemade treats with others. Her love was often expressed through the things she made and the time she gave so freely to those around her.

She will be remembered for her loving heart, her generously free spirit, her laughter, and the many ways she made the lives of others brighter. Though she is no longer with us, the love she gave and the memories she created will remain in the hearts of her family and friends forever. She also had a creative and caring heart, she loved crocheting, often creating beautiful things with her hands.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband James Jones, daughter Christy-Lee Jones (Marc Larochelle), grandchildren Kiara Jones Larochelle and Julien Jones Larochelle and great grandchild Myles Roberts. She is also survived by her siblings Rosaire Laverdure and Diane Claveau.

She was predeceased by her mother Rose Marie Schmeler, father Paul-Henri Laverdure, siblings Yvon Laverdure, Wilfred Laverdure, Suzanne Magnan, and Rose-Anna Vachon.

A celebration of her life will be held at a later date in Timmins, Ontario.

She was deeply loved, will be extremely missed and never be forgotten.
