Jerry will be greatly missed by his son Colton Siek, daughter-in-law Regan Siek, grandchildren Zoё and Zion, siblings Wanda (Marian) Kijak, Richard (Lorraine) Siek, Christine (Franz Sandberg) Siek, brother-in-law Don Botel, nieces and nephews Jayson (Britney McNamee) Botel, Darren Botel, Trevor (Janine) Botel, Christine (Wade Jeffrey) Kijak, Theresa (Ben Osbourne) Kijak, Shawn Siek and Christopher (Monica) Herie.

He was predeceased by his father Jerzy Siek, mother Maria Siek and his baby girl Kalynn Siek.

A celebration of his life will be held at a later date of summer 2026.
