Jonathan is survived by his son Flint Cloutier and mother of his son Shawna Wood, father Ghislain Cloutier (Josette Labbe), sister Nadia Cloutier (Wayne Aiken), niece and nephews Trinity Aiken, Maveric Aiken and Declan Aiken as well as locally his uncle and aunt Mario and Connie Vezeau and cousin Patrick Vezeau.

The family wants to thank the community for all the support over the last few years. It was such a blessing to us all during this difficult journey to see people and businesses come together in support of Jonathan and his fight against cancer. As a family we all felt the love and hope that everyone was giving and appreciate the support.

As per Jonathan's wishes, no service will be held and cremation has taken place.
