A funeral service will be held on October 19, 2025 at 11 am in the Poplar Hill School Gymnasium with Allen Owens officiating. Interment will follow in the Poplar Hill Cemetery,

Don't cry for me,

I'm at home with the father

and I'm free.

Now I know what all you are waiting for

and working towards. I now know

what faith is truly about and now that I am home,

I have no doubt. If you knew Jesus as I did

and you were part of his family (his kid),

we will see each other soon.

Don't mourn for me because I am truly free.

There is no more pain and no more rain for me

because I am free. As Jesus sits on the throne,

he has made me strong

and there is no more wrong. I will be with him in battle

on the front line, fighting to see all of my brothers

and sisters in Christ one more time.

Don't cry for me because now my light

surely shines.
