Les passed away in the early morning hours on September 5, 2025 at Red Lake Memorial Hospital at the age of 64. Les is survived by his brother Garry as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his mother Louella, father Alexander, older brother Larry Huston and nephew Adam Booth.

Les was a licensed long haul truck driver for many years, including bush and ice road trucking, which he loved. After his retirement from trucking, he happily worked for Red Lake Taxi. He was young at heart, loved a good laugh and was a wonderful good-hearted man who enjoyed life immensely. He will be terribly missed and cherished by all his friends and family.

Cremation has taken place and as per his wishes no service will be held.
