On the early morning of February 9 ^th , Marilyn went to be with her boys Michael and David.

Marilyn was born in Nipigon, Ontario on November 5, 1949.  She is survived by the love of her life, Brian, whom she married 50 years ago.  She also leaves to mourn her passing her siblings, Howie (Debby), Sandra (Allen), Janet (Les), Derick (Crystal), and Randy (Heather) as well as Brian's sisters Eleanor and Linda (Eric), and the newest member of their family, their pup, Dolly, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Brian and Marilyn had spent many years travelling the world.  Some of her favorite places were Paris, Florence and Rome.  Brian and Marilyn spent many winters since retirement in Tucson, Arizona, where they enjoyed golfing and the many friendships they made there.  She always believed there is no place like home.  When she was at home, when she wasn't at the cabin, you could find Marilyn at the Red Lake Golf Course. The love and friendships she developed with her golf buddies were some of the best memories she had made in her life.

Living in Red Lake gave her the opportunity to share lake life with home life.  She and her boys, Brian, Michael and David, spent many hours, days and years, enjoying their cottage life, with water sports, and family adventures.  She was always happy to be at the cabin.

Brian would like to thank everyone for their love and support through this very difficult time.  A special thanks to Dr. Diane Zielke and to all the Home Care Nurses, especially Danielle for their continued care during Marilyn's journey.
