He will be greatly missed by his wife Elayne and son Jason. Phil was predeceased by his brother Roger and infant sister.

Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at Centennial Park, Tuesday June 12 ^th at 1:00pm. Reception to follow at the Red Lake Golf and Country Club.

Interment will follow at the Woodland Cemetery Columbarium.

In lieu of flowers donations in Phil's memory may be made to the Red Lake Memorial Cochenour Hospital or the English River Miners through the Red Lake Chapel, PO Box 237, Red Lake, Ontario, P0V 2M0
