He is survived by his mother Peggy, sister Cathy (Dave Loessl) Quesnel, brother James Quesnel (Gloria) and Aunt Brenda Roberts. He was predeceased by his father Bob Quesnel as well as his grandparents.

A military service will be held at a later date on May 25, 2019 in South Porcupine, ON
