Yvonne passed away peacefully on April 9th at Thunder Bay Regional Hospital.

She is survived by her daughter Faith (Kevin) Hartman, her son Jade (Jennifer) Nagorski, grandchildren Dorinda (Jake) Rains, Dayman Hartman, Eric, Emily and Gillian Nagorski.

She was predeceased by her parents John and Nellie Collum and granddaughter Destiny Hartman.

A service will be held in the Ear Falls Chapel on Saturday, June 1st at 1 pm.
